Manage First Aid Services and Resources
Course Overview
Manage First Aid Services and Resources (HLTAID016) is designed for first aid coordinators and senior first aid officers who manage first aid systems, equipment, training requirements and emergency response procedures in the workplace.
AGA requires you to hold HLTAID014 and HLTAID015 before you start, so the course can focus on managing first aid services rather than first aid skills. This is an AGA entry requirement, not a prerequisite set by the unit.

- Assess first aid resource requirements and maintain equipment inventory
- Manage training requirements and ensure currency of first aid training across a team
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
