Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Course Overview
The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) covers professional and ethical practice in real estate, the legislation that governs it, marketing and communication, and working with trust accounts, plus elective units in an area such as residential sales or property management.
In NSW, the Certificate IV is part of the requirements for a Class 2 licence, but it is not the only requirement. NSW Fair Trading specifies which elective units you need for each licence category, and sets experience and other eligibility criteria. A Class 1 licence (to run an agency) needs a diploma-level qualification. Check with us which licence category and elective group we deliver before you enrol.
